What is the policy for cancelling appointments?
Please have any changes to appointments made 24 hours in advance. No-call/No-show to appointments have a $40 fee.
What insurances do we accept?
We accept all major insurance plans, besides Kaiser Permanente.
How will I be billed for medical services?
If a copay is required, it is due at the time of your visit. Self-pay visits require payment upfront.
